If your subscription expires without renewal, your account will be suspended and you will receive the message "Your account is suspended" inside the platform. Your data will remain secure but you will not be able to create new invoices until you renew your subscription. Renewal can be done by changing your billing card through this link https://app.workadu.com/companyadmin/account/edit?#payment
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Select the round logo at the bottom left and after the "Change plan" option, there you will see the "Cancel Subscription" option in the right column.
